Certified Probate Expert
As a young man, I took on a big share of preparing and selling my grandmothers’ homes. It was emotional and very time-consuming. Sorting, distributing and disposing of all their personal property. Clean-up, painting and other prep projects. Worrying about deadlines, paperwork and what the real estate agent was doing as we were trying to sell the homes. We needed help and there wasn’t much to be had.
Craig has successfully closed hundreds of trust administration and probate specialized transactions, often involving court-confirmation, across many Bay Area jurisdictions. Established attorneys, regional banks and landlord attorneys count on Craig’s experience to successfully close their most challenging cases.
A personal glimpse
Growing up in New Jersey, Craig worked alongside his father in the family business. He learned about construction first hand, ripping out drywall and pounding nails in the homes they rehabbed and flipped or rented. Craig settled in San Francisco after nearly 10 years as a corporate sales manager in China and S.E. Asia. His non-working hours are devoted to his wife and young son, leaving playing drums with an alt rock band, golf and scuba on the back burner.

Faster sale, higher return
In his 2016 book, Craig shares his program for turning outdated, time-worn properties into desirable homes that profit the estate. Unlike a traditional as-is trust home sale, his entrepreneurial approach produces a dramatically faster sale and higher return.
He focuses on three simple but powerful concepts:
- identify the expected buyer demographics
- refresh the home to match those buyers’ lifestyle preferences (producing a 200% to 500% ROI)
- create a marketing plan that creates urgent competition for the home

I also created a free service to support and inform you as you navigate probate: ProbateResourceHub.com. Visit the site and learn what to expect and how to find the right service providers.
